What are they LOOKING at?

So again just browsing and wasting time while I should be packing up MY. ENTIRE. HOUSE.  I discover a garden section in an online magazine and see this.  First off, kinda creepy, especially if they're pointed toward your house.

THEN I see what they're looking at.
